Step 2:

You will receive an SMS from Income with a link to complete the process within 1 working day of submitting the form above.

Step 3:

Verify your identity with Income.


Step 4:

Select the policy for change of Adviser and confirm.

1. Will any benefits be removed if I appoint InsureDIY as an adviser?

Your policy and coverage remains the same whether we are appointed as advisers or not. The only difference is that if you have any queries about your policy, you would reach out to us. 


2. How do I submit my claims?

There is also no difference in the claims process as all claims have to be submitted electronically by hospital/medical institution through the system set up by MOH.


3. Will my premium rate be different?

Your premium rate will be unaffected by the change of adviser.


4. How will the cashback be paid to me?

We will transfer the cashback to you via Internet Banking. Please do input your bank details in the form above for processing.
