Thank you for submitting your Gro Capital Ease application! You will receive an e-signing link from Income via SMS / Email. Please proceed to e-sign as soon as possible.
As this is a limited tranche product, kindly note that allocation will be on a first come first serve basis.
Once you have received your proposal number from Income via SMS / Email, please proceed to make payment as soon as possible with your proposal number in order to secure your placement.
Please do go to your dashboard and indicate that you have made payment once you have done so. We can then follow up on your policy issuance.
Below is a summary of the payment instructions for the various payment method:
Once your application is created in Income's system, an SMS / Email with your proposal number will be sent to you.
You will be able to make premium payment via internet banking after you have received your proposal number.
To make your premium payment via Bank Transfer:
Log in to your bank's internet banking platform and select "Pay Bills".
Select "Income Insurance Limited" as the Billing Organisation and proceed to pay the full single premium amount.
Please indicate your proposal number as billing reference.
Once your application is created in Income's system, an SMS / Email with your proposal number will be sent to you.
You will be able to make premium payment via cheque after you have received your proposal number.
Cheques are to be made payable to "Income Insurance Limited".
Please write the following at the back of your Cheque:
- Name (as in NRIC)
- NRIC Number
- Contact Number
- Proposal Number
- Adviser: InsureDIY Pte Ltd
Once your application is created in Income's system, an SMS / Email with your proposal number will be sent to you.
You will be able to make premium payment via Cashier's Order after you have received your proposal number.
Cashier's Orders are to be made payable to "Income Insurance Limited".
Please write the following at the back of your Cashier’s Order:
- Name (as in NRIC)
- NRIC Number
- Contact Number
- Proposal Number
- Adviser: InsureDIY Pte Ltd
Cashier’s Order of $30,000 & above will require the following Proof of evidence as part of Income's compliance requirement: Please submit a copy of the Cashier's Order Withdrawal Slip or Cashier's Order Application Form. The Slip/Form should reflect the bank account holder’s name and bank account number.
No further action is required from you.
Cheque and Cashier's Order Payment can be submitted:
1. Directly at Income Bras Basah Branch's Quick Deposit Box;
2. Sent via postal service directly to: Income Insurance Limited, Income Centre, 75 Bras Basah Road, Singapore 189557
