about Pet Insurance
1. Which pets can be covered under this Pet Insurance?
Microchipped dogs and cats in Singapore can be covered.
2. Is the theft of my pet covered?
Only dogs are covered for theft. However, there is a waiting period of 3 months from the policy commencement date. You will also need to inform AVA (Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore) or SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Singapore) to recover your Pet and it is accompanied by a Police Report filed in the Republic of Singapore within 48 hours of loss.
3. How much discount can I enjoy under the No-Claims Discount scheme?
If no claims have been made in the following period of insurance, you will be eligible for the discount shown in the table below.

4. Are there any requirements in order for my pet to be insured under this policy?
Your pet will need to be:
- micro-chipped
