Information about Us

The Site is operated by InsureDIY Pte Ltd (UEN 201212158G). We are incorporated in Singapore and have our registered office at 101 Thomson Road, United Square, #06-01/06, Singapore 307591.

We are a company licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (under institution code B059G) to undertake broker activities in Singapore. We are also an exempt financial adviser advising on life policies and collective investment schemes (CIS).

We give advice and make recommendations on insurance products and CIS. Where we do not give advice you will be informed at the outset. In such cases, we will ask questions to narrow down the selection of policies or CIS and supply details of them. You will then make your own choice on how to proceed. We partner with a wide range of insurers and CIS providers to offer policies and CIS.

On this Site are also information relating to property loan financing, which is administered by our sister company, Sierra Global Pte Ltd ("Sierra Global”), in referring potential mortgage clients to third-party banks. As this mortgage referral service to third-party banks is not a regulated activity, Sierra Global is not regulated by MAS. This Site only refers Users to third-party banks, which then pay a fee if the referral is successful. No advice or recommendation will be provided as to the suitability of the bank or bank loan. You will have to make your own choice as to the suitability of the bank or bank loan for this mortgage referral service.

Geographical Limits

The information on this Site is directed at persons who are residents of the Republic of Singapore ("Singapore"). Insurance policies and CIS accessed through this Site should only be bought by persons resident in Singapore. Accessing this Site from territories where its content is illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this Site from outside of Singapore, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Access to Our Site and Changes to Our Site

Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the access to or the service we provide on our Site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason whatsoever our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period of time.

All insurance policies and CIS described in this Site or placed by InsureDIY Pte Ltd are subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable agreements. In case of doubt the User should seek assistance directly from the insurer or CIS provider or from InsureDIY Pte Ltd at: [email protected].

Transactions concluded with third-party banks via the mortgage referral service are subject to terms and conditions signed with the respective banks. The transactions are in no way concluded with InsureDIY or Sierra Global.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and Disclaimers and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Singapore.

The Singapore courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in any other relevant jurisdiction.
